Our swim team is the Rolling Valley Dolphins Swim Team of Springfield, Virginia. We have been a part of the Springfield community since 1970 and were in Division 13 of the Northern Virginia Swimming League in 2022. The team is comprised of over 100 swimmers ages 5 to 18 who compete against other area teams. Our team begins practicing after Memorial Day, with daily practices held at Rolling Valley Swim and Tennis Club. The swim season runs through the end of July, with twice-weekly meets. These meets bring families from Springfield as well as other communities throughout northern Virginia.
